Over the years, I have come to
understand that my experiences at IBSH
continue to shape who I am today and they
hold a special place in my heart. My memories

of high school may feel like a distant dream 4

easy to be hyper-critical of what you perceive
to be your shortcomings, so remember to

acknowledge your own worth and accept
yourself. To this day, this is something that
I (and many of my friends and colleagues)

continue to work on. The next time you feel
down about yourself, remember it's a normal
part of being human, and you are not alone.
